The company manufactures a variety of products to order and in series according to the documentation supplied by the customer, or in consultation with the customer.

Installed machines and equipment correspond to the nature of production.

Stainless steel processing

Production and assembly of handrails (including combinations with glass), handrails, turnstiles, protective frames, products for the food industry, tanks, containers, furniture structures, canopies, doors, gates, column and wall cladding, etc.

Locksmith work

CO2, oxygen, gas welding, material cutting, bending, pressing, machining, cutting, metal finishing, sheet metal processing, etc.

Construction locksmith work

Fabrication of gates, steel windows, steel walls, canopies, railings, shopfronts, protective and partitioning structures, staircases, walkways, barriers, etc.

Manufacture of steel structures

Steel columns, uprights, trusses, weathering, stiffeners, structural weldments and units, booms, brackets, trusses, etc.

  • Production-technical Base and Equipment

The operating centre is located in three production areas (approx. 400m²) divided separately according to the production specification (stainless steel, steel), where production, social and office facilities are also placed. Part of the production area is used for warehouse management.

Welding apparatus

Stainless steel, steel (TIG,MIG).

Cutting machines

Band saws, plate shears 2000/4, profile shears.

Forming machines

Hydraulic bending machine, manual bending machine, sheet metal coiler, eccentric press, hydraulic table press, tube coiler up to 30mm, profile bender.

Drilling machines

Column drilling machines, in-line boring machines.

Machining machines

Tip lathe, universal milling machine.

Grinding machines

Radius grinder, pipe surface finishing machine up to 80mm diameter.

Additional machines

Spindle stand polishers for stainless steel, hand tools.

Cooperation

Laser, waterjet cutting, profile coiling, surface finishing, forming.

The company has a vehicle for external assemblies as well as trucks for domestic transport. The premises of the Mladcová production areal allow the use of handling facilities, unloading and loading of materials and finished products.

The vehicle roads in our areal are sufficiently sized for parking all vehicles, including trucks.
